볶은 쌀가루 === 1컵
꿀 ========== 1/4컵
소 금 ======== 1/8작은술
만드는 법
1. 밥을 되게 지어 말린다. 그것을 누릇누릇하게 볶아 곱게 빻아 체에 내린다.
2. 볶은 쌀가루에 꿀과 소금을 넣고 곱게 반죽하여 다식판에 박아 낸다. 다식판에 꿀을 조금 바르고 박으면 붙지 않는다.
