굴된장남비 요리법
만드는 법
1. 굴은 소금물에 씻어 건지고 어묵은 도톰하게 썬다.
2. 연두부는 네모로, 미나리는 4cm 길이로 썬다.
3. 된장에 술, 다진 마늘, 파, 고춧가루, 다진 풋고추를 넣어 양념장을 만든다.
4. 남비에 굴, 두부, 미나리, 어묵을 담고 양념된장을 얹어 멸치장국을 부어 끓인다.
5. 간은 소금으로 맞춘다.
