섭산적 요리법
만드는 법
1. 쇠고기는 살만 다져 으깬 것을 한데 섞어 설탕, 진간장, 다진 파, 마늘, 생강즙, 깨소금, 참기름, 후춧가루로 양념하여 차지게 치댄다.
2. 쿠킹호일을 깔고 고기반죽을 5mm 두께로 평평하게 펴 네모지게 만들어 기름 바른 석쇠에 타지 않게 굽는다. 한입 크기로 네모지게 썰어 잣가루를 뿌린다.
