초고추장(고추장 5작은술, 설탕 2작은술, 식초 2작은술)
만드는 법
1. 두릅의 빳빳한 껍질을 벗겨내고 머리 부분을 잘 다듬어 끓는 물에 소금을 넣은 후 살짝 데쳐 찬물에 헹군다.
2. 접시에 두릅을 빙 돌려 담고 가운데 고추장 그릇을 놓는다.
