계란덮밥 요리법
만드는 법
1. 밥 한 공기를 물에 헹구어 풀기를 빼고, 소쿠리에서 건져 물기를 뺀다.
2. 남비에 멸치 국물 2컵과 1. 의 밥에 소금 작은술 4분의 1을 넣고 불에 올려 끓으면 간장을 적당히 친다.
3. 계란 1개를 풀어 넣어 반숙이 되면 잘게 썬 부추를 1줌 넣어 뚜껑을 덮어 불을 끄고 뜸들인다.
