취나물볶음 요리법
만드는 법
1. 취는 다듬어 끓는 물에 소금을 넣고 데쳐 냉수에 담가 쓴맛을 뺀다.
2. 말린 취는 하룻밤 물에 불렸다 데친다.
3. 나물을 꼭 짜 물기를 빼고 다진 파, 마늘, 조선간장, 참기름을 넣어 무쳐서 남비에 기름을 두르고 볶는다. 다 볶아지면 물을 조금 붓고 뚜껑을 잠깐 덮어 부드럽게 익힌다.
