만드는 법
1. 생강, 계피가루, 통후추를 섞어서 물을 붓고 30분 정도 끓여서 따뜻하게 식힌 후 곶감을 넣고 1~2일간 둔다.
2. 수정과 물에 설탕으로 단맛을 맞추어 그릇에 담고 곶감이 터지지 않도록 담아 실백을 띄워 낸다.
